In a career spanning 25 years in the corporate world, Deepanshu has essayed various business leadership roles, including strategy, marketing, business development, media relations and operations, for global industry leaders, such as Apple Inc., Microsoft Corp. and AMD.

He now combines his practical business experiences with proven consulting practices and neuroscience based coaching methodologies to help clients achieve their business goals.​​​

A graduate of psychology, Deepanshu is a post-graduate in marketing and a certified coach.
Shalini Sharma, Ph.D

With over 20 years of experience in the education and development sector, Shalini is a leading expert in curriculum development, instructional design and quality assessment. Through her work with the Azim Premji Foundation/ University, Adhyayan Foundation and Stir Education, she has designed and managed large scale assignments for various state governments and private sector institutions. Shalini also has significant experience in designing proprietary models, tools and advanced competency models.

She is a post-graduate in Anthropology and a doctorate in Development Studies.

Susheel is a business oriented global expert in business transformation, end-to-end HR consulting, culture change, executive coaching and business strategy.

A graduate of the prestigious Tata Institute for Social Sciences, Mumbai, Susheel now lives in Dubai and operates globally.

A chartered accountant by education, Ritu has worked with P&G, GE Capital and Genpact for over 2 decades. She has led very large globally diverse teams and managed Fortune 500 accounts.
